New Guidelines Require Contractors to Evaluate Prompts Regardless of Expertise
However, a recent change in guidelines has removed this option. Contractors are now required to evaluate prompts regardless of their expertise, and are instead instructed to “rate the parts of the prompt you understand” and include a note that they lack domain knowledge.
