You may do this in a few different ways to get your password back. You must locate your account first. Your phone number and any additional secondary email addresses you’ve added can be entered in addition to the email address you used to sign up for Facebook.

You can select how to reset your password if Facebook is able to locate your account.

Inform about the Facebook Hack

You must notify Facebook that your account has been compromised via Facebook.com/hacked/ if it has been breached and is sending spam and advertisements to your friends.

This can also be used if a phishing assault has prevented you from accessing your account. Facebook will assist you with regaining account access.
